Coral Reef House is a spacious 2-story home with 4 master suites (3 king, 1 queen) and a 3rd floor upper deck, which is large enough for entertaining. The oceanfront living area has 10' beamed ceilings and 38 feet of glass, all areas of the room offering sweeping views of the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful powdery sand beaches. The kitchen is bright and cheery with an enormous island work station and breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor cooking area with oceanfront deck and lounge. The dining area in an octagonal glass sunroom contains comfortable seating for 8 people.

The conversational sitting area is arranged to take advantage of all oceanfront views, with seating for up to 10 people, with a TV stereo cabinet. The lower game room is equipped with a big screen TV, stereo and video-gaming area. The room is also highlighted by the full size antique style billiards table.

The Guest Cottage offers a living area, dining area and complete kitchen (all with ocean views), and a powder room, on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 2 queen sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean, tropical gardens and/or Hope Town harbor water views.
